Vinyasa

Vinyasa classes challenge your fitness and keep you moving by linking breath with pose sequences. Grab a towel because you’re sure to build heat and strengthen muscle tone!

Why you’ll love Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is designed to progressively open the body through sequences that build on the previous pose, so you will master deeper, more advanced poses as your practice unfolds. As the pace heats up you will be guided back to Downward Facing Dog in between flows, and end each class in a relaxing Corpse pose (“Savasana”).

Challenge your flexibility, strength, and stability with a range of standing, seated, and supine poses, plus twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, core strengthening, and breathwork.

What to expect from Vinyasa classes

  • A fun, sweaty, energizing practice
  • Dynamic movement with breath
  • Opportunity to explore a variety of poses
